On behalf of one of our business partners in Aalborg, we are looking for experienced butchers with a background in beef deboning. We are seeking candidates with solid knife skills who work efficiently and take pride in delivering high-quality work.

You do not need to be a qualified butcher, but proven experience in cutting and deboning beef or performing similar tasks is required.

Your responsibilities
You will become part of the production team, where your main tasks will include:

• Deboning beef on an individual piece-rate basis
• Working with both forequarters (wing) and hindquarters (pistol)
• Deboning meat from both cattle and calves
• Ensuring high quality and compliance with applicable hygiene and safety standards

We are looking for someone who:

• Has proven experience in beef deboning and excellent knife skills
• Has experience working in the meat industry
• Is comfortable working independently
• Is quality-conscious and prioritises food safety
• Is reliable, responsible, and has a positive attitude
• Speaks at least one of the following languages: Danish, English, Polish or German

• Fixed working hours: Monday to Thursday, 6:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m., and Friday, 6:30 a.m. to 1:50 p.m.
