What the job involves:
•    You will ensure all products are proofed and baked correctly.
•    You keep track of timing and deadlines, so everything is ready for delivery.
•    You manage the flow of production and support your colleagues in keeping things running.
•    You check quality and make sure everything looks delicious and consistent.
What we’re looking for:
•    A trained baker or someone with relevant experience who has worked night shifts before.
•    Someone responsible and proactive, who can lead and keep an overview.
•    A team player who also thrives working independently.
•    You keep a cool head and stay organized even during busy periods.
•    You speak Danish, English or German.
