About the job
At IPL Production A/S in Lem, we are looking for skilled and motivated employees for CNC machining. You will be part of a production environment with high quality requirements and a wide variety of tasks.

There are opportunities to work day, evening, or night shifts – please indicate your preferred shift in your application.

About you
We are looking for someone who:

• Has a strong work ethic and thrives on taking responsibility
• Is eager to learn, can think logically, and is curious about new tasks
• Is quality-conscious and takes pride in good craftsmanship
• Is a good colleague, reliable in attendance, and physically fit
• Can communicate in Danish or English
• Preferably has experience with CNC – but it’s not a requirement, as the right attitude is highly valued

For the right candidate, there is an opportunity to train as an Industrial Technician if you find the job exciting and wish to develop professionally.
