Two Welders Wanted – One Skilled and One Unskilled with Welding Experience for a Company Near Brande

Do you have welding experience and an interest in working with complex steel structures in a modern production company? Then you might be the one we’re looking for in one of these two exciting positions!

About the Positions:

We are looking for two new colleagues for a growing company that produces advanced steel structures for special machinery.

You will become part of a strong team with high professionalism and great colleagues.

Both positions start as Try & Hire with the intention of permanent employment.

1. Skilled Welder with Experience

We are looking for an experienced and independent welder who can take responsibility for complex tasks. You will receive thorough training and have the opportunity to overlap with an experienced colleague.

Your tasks will include:

• Welding complex items such as towers and undercarriages
• Working from technical drawings
• Assembling and adjusting steel structures
• Quality assurance and documentation

Professional qualifications:

• Trained welder with at least 7–8 years of experience
• Strong understanding of technical drawings
• Experience with CO2 welding (preferably also electrode welding)
• Willing to obtain welding certificates (training provided)

Personal qualities:

• You work independently and in a structured manner
• You are quality-conscious and responsible
• You thrive in a team and contribute to a good work environment

2. Unskilled Welder with Welding Experience or Newly Trained Welder

We are also looking for someone with practical welding experience – you can be unskilled or a newly trained welder. The most important thing is that you are handy and eager to learn.

Your tasks will include:

• Welding and assembling steel components
• Preparing and setting up materials
• Working from simple drawings
• Collaborating with experienced colleagues

Professional qualifications:

• Experience with CO2 welding
• Knowledge of technical drawings is an advantage
• Willing to obtain welding certificates (training provided)

Personal qualities:

• You are eager to learn and reliable
• You are motivated and want to develop
• You are a team player with good energy
